Our Impact on the Community

Originally founded in 1983 as the Junior Service League of North Houston, our League became the 277th Junior League to join The Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. in February 1990. The Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties, Inc. supports the community through effective community programs that make an impact in our area. We also provide trained volunteers in the community and offer financial aid through our Community Assistance and Emergency Relief Funds.

Junior League Here to Help!

Junior League volunteers provide long term hands-on services to area non-profit organizations. Recently, Junior League partnered with St. Luke’s Hospital in The Woodlands to set up children’s activities in the waiting area and donated over 600 books for children to take home after a hospital visit.
